DES PLAINES, IL and BOSTON, MA – (March 28, 2006) - CableMatrix Technologies, a leading provider of Quality of Service (QoS) policy management solutions, and Active Broadband Networks, a pioneering developer of intelligent resource management systems, today announced successful integration of their platforms, creating the first adaptive resource management solution designed specifically for broadband cable operators. Together, CableMatrix’s PacketCable Multimedia (PCMM) compliant ODSPTM policy server and Active Broadband’s Active Resource Manager provide dynamic resource availability, resource allocation, and network utilization.
