New User Manual Available |

An updated User Manual is now available to registered users. This updated manual adds information describing the use of the new BIRT Integrated Reporting System. It provides information on the how-to develop custom reports using BIRT Report Developer. In addition, instructions on how to access the Active Resource Manager database and a basic description of the database schema is provided.
