Active Broadband Networks has released an updated Public Version of the Active Resource Manager.  This release adds support for the IPDR/SP protocol.  This enables IPDR information to be collected from Arris and Motorola CMTS, in addition to supporting later versions of Cisco IOS that support IPDR/SP as well as IPDR File Streaming.  Included is an application called the Usage Statistics System, a component that automatically identifies Internet Service flows from voice flows, computing usage deltas and monthly totals.  Also, this version includes the Fair Use Profiler, a system enabling the deployment of a traffic management technique known as Fairshare.  This version of our software fully supports DOCSIS 2.0 and its functionality has been verified in large production deployments.  Public Version 3.3 is available in the download section of www.a-bb.net
