Adam Dunstan

President & CEO
Adam has more than 20 years experience in the networking and telecommunications industry. Prior to founding Active Broadband Networks, Adam was principal of a consulting practice focused on providing services to cable system operators. Previously he was employed by Avici Systems for five years and served as VP Business Development and VP Technology. At Avici he was instrumental in the development and deployment of the worlds first terabit carrier-class router. While at Avici Systems, he also served as Chairman, President and Vice President of the Optical Internetworking Forum. Prior to Avici, Adam was at Bay Networks (now Nortel Networks). During his five year tenure at the company, he worked in wide area and routing technologies in positions including product management, architecture, engineering and support. He has invented patented routing technology and served as an advisor to the FCC

 
Chris Gunner

Vice President & Chief Technical Officer
Chris has more than 20 years experience in network engineering. Prior to joining Active Broadband Networks, Chris served as Senior Vice President Reseach and Development at Avici Systems Inc. During his 9 year tenure at Avici, he lead the engineering team responbile for the development of the worlds first terabit, carrier-class router. Previously Chris spent 11 years in network products engineering at Digital where he worked on network architecture including Integrated ISIS and network management architecture and attained the level of consulting engineer. He has been a contributor to the IETF including co-chair of the ISIS working group, a contributor to the NIST OSI implementers workshop, and co-designer of multiple patents in the networking field. Chris holds a Theoretical Physics Honours degree from the University of Southampton and a PhD in Biomechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Central London.

 
Gregg Savage

Chief Financial Officer

Gregg has more than 30 years in finance leading the financial operational aspects of high growth private and public companies.  He has also successfully managed multiple acquisitions and integrations of privately held organizations into larger companies.  Prior to joining Active Broadband Networks, Gregg’s experience included Chief Financial Positions at Wavesmith Networks, Appian Communications, and New Oak Networks.  He also was the original finance employee at Wellfleet Communications and continued as controller as the Company went public and grew in excess of $300 million in revenue.  Gregg is a CPA and received his MBA from Babson College and his BS from Northeastern University.

 
Igor Lasic

Vice President Engineering
Igor is an experienced Engineering Executive with major accomplishments in senior development management roles.  Prior to joining Active Broadband Networks Igor served a VP Software Engineering at Cartiza Networks, a Venture backed startup developing 4G Wireless technology.  Previously he served as VP Engineering at BigBand Networks responsible for Cable Provisioning and Cable Modem Termination Systems, he came to BigBand via Broadband Access Systems where he was a member of the founding engineering team.  Igor excels in on-time customer focused product development with a track record in improving development processes and increasing customer satisfaction.  He has earned a B.S. Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MS, Computer Science from Boston University.

 
Eliot Listman

VP Sales, Marketing & Business Development
At Active Broadband Networks, Eliot is responsible for sales, business development and marketing. Prior to joining ABN, he served as the Vice President of Business Development at PeerApp where he was responsible for global channels, US direct sales and content distribution strategy. Earlier in his career, at InterVU and Akamai Technologies he was Director of Business Development managing strategic partnerships plus the development of various content distribution new businesses along with related product development, sales and marketing. Eliot also served as CEO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for ASPEED Software.  He started his career practicing law with Hawkins Delafield & Wood and then Greenberg Traurig, where he pioneered the growth of the media, digital media and technology practices.  Eliot received his J.D. from The National Law Center at George Washington University, Masters in Government Administration from the Fels Center at the University of Pennsylvania, B.A. from Vassar College and was a General Course student at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
